PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), has a requirement to procure storage for personal effects (PE) for deploying service members aboard MCB CLNC and satellite activities deploying for 90 or more days. The requirement is to inventory items with service members, ensure the items are packed securely, stored, and returned. The storage location shall be within a 70-mile radius of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract.
