DLA - Natural Graphite Flakes

AMENDMENT 1:

The proposal due date has been extended to 10:00 a.m. (EST) time on September 5, 2025. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Charli Soren at Charli.Soren@dla.mil, and Rachel Leak at Rachel.Leak@dla.mil.  Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.

A copy of all questions submitted and their answers have been posted along with documents that have been updated in response to those questions. 

Vendors may utilize DFARS 252.225-7013 for duty free entry certificates in response to inquiries about tarrifs.

This is a solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services), FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), and FAR 16.5 (Indefinite-Delivery Contracts).   This solicitation is for a long term, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) utilizing fixed pricing.
