Disposal of Waste Food and Bio Waste

The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center has a requirement for the Disposal of Waste Food and Bio Waste within the Baumholder Military Community in Germany. Please see attached Solicitation W564KV26QA029 with attachments for reference.
