NOTICE: AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THIS SOLICITATION. The DOE ARM Climate Research Facility, Southern Great Plains (SGP) Main Site, located at 109596 Coal Road, Billings, Oklahoma, is disassembling and removing 3 radars and remediate 4 sites. The work will entail dismantling and recycling of the radars along with remediation of the sites by removing infrastructure such as concrete foundations, standard size shipping containers, trailers, and fencing.
