The Maryland Air National Guard requires roof and deck repair by replacement. The project includes overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, retrofitting the metal seam roof, replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, gutters, and installing new insulation and cover boards.
