ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to issue a five-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level-of-Effort task order under the solicited Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity N0016425RWS73.
