DH10--Instrument Manager SW Maintenance and Support

A firm fixed price contract was awarded to Data Innovations LLC using Other than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Per FAR 13.501, acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements at FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format at FAR 6.303-2. A justification has been approved and is attached to this notice. This award notice satisfies the requirements under FAR Part 5.
