Denver Federal Center (DFC) – Buildings 810 (CO0624AA), 67 (CO0627AA), and 94 (CO0660AA). This requirement provides Design-Build services for replacement and modernization of the existing Edwards EST-3 fire alarm control systems with new Edwards EST-4 fire alarm systems. Scope includes engineering, design, programming, demolition, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and closeout services associated with replacement of existing fire alarm control panels, networked sub-panels, CPUs, network cards, amplifiers, power supplies, NAC power supplies, and associated fire alarm equipment required to maintain system functionality and code compliance.
