Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for the development of the Quantitative Elemental Reconnaissance Instrument (QuERI). NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to NOQSI AEROSPACE LTD | 15 Blanchard AVE; Billerica, MA 01821 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that NOQSI AEROSPACE LTD is the sole provider of the development of the Quantitative Elemental Reconnaissance Instrument. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
