Solicitation for 1 Each 4X4 UTV with the following Salient Characteristics:

1. Must have at least a 3-person capacity

2. Must be able to achieve 45 mph

3. Must have selectable 2WD/4WD

4. Must have Electronic Fuel Injection

5. Must have a Liquid cooled engine

6. Must have removable doors and front wind shield

7. Must have enclosed cab with heat

8. Minimum 1,500 lb payload capacity

9. Minimum 1,000 lb cargo box capacity

10. Minimum 70” Bed Box Length
