The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Office of Acquisition Management intends to hire a construction contractor to provide site development, and design and construction services for the repair and alterations project at the Land Port of Entry in Limestone, Maine. This requirement will involve all key trades typical to construction projects, including but not limited to architecture/engineering, civil construction/site preparation, utilities, electrical, concrete, finishes, HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing and historical renovation.
