1. Answer the following requests for information (RFI) regarding incumbent requirement and past performance evaluation criteria:
   • QUESTION: The solicitation requires offerors to provide 2-4 similar projects in scope and magnitude completed by the offeror's firm over the past three years. Please confirm whether offerors may submit relevant project experience and past performance from proposed key subcontractors, specialty subcontractors, design partners, specialty manufacturers, or teaming partners that will perform a significant role in contract performance.
