This project involves:

1. The Contractor shall provide a proposal for all labor and material for a Mini-Split HVAC system in the Cabin at Pringle Falls Experimental Forest (PFEF). The Square foot area the Mini-Split system will be providing heat and air conditioning to is approximately 420 square feet.
