DES Explosive/Utility K-9 FY26-31

This contract provides utility/explosive police service dog services within the commuting area of Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. This requirement includes needed safety and security countermeasures necessary on an Army post where high-profile events and visitors are commonplace. This requirement also covers installation standard operating procedures as well as availability on an ‘on-call’ basis. The services will be utilized post-wide as well as for joint security measures that might arise off post.
