Denison Switchyard Power Circuit Breakers Replacement at Red River Watershed, Denison Powerhouse, Texas. This project replaces three of the six switchyard Power Circuit Breakers (PCBs), PCB power and control wiring, PCB bushing CT secondary circuit wiring, and PCB pole-to-HOD switch pole jumpers (stingers). All equipment will be replaced with new equipment of equivalent ratings. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract to be awarded under the best value continuum using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.
