Demineralizer-3 CU FT

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a 3 CU FT DEMINERALIZER.

NOTE:  Read all paperwork carefully for compliance and pay special attention to the NAICS Code being used. The NAICS Code must be listed in your SAM profile.  

1.  Make sure there is a Point of Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number on your submittal.

2.  RETURN - RFQ (all pages), Vendor Information Sheet - filled out completely.
