This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide foreign language training support for Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) through DLI-Washington. Under the Contract Foreign Language Training Program (CFLTP), the Contractor provides all labor, material, and services, except as specified to be furnished by the Government, necessary to perform the types of tasks specified in the PWS.
