Defense Courier Support Services

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM)/TCAQ is preparing to acquire air transportation courier services via commercial routes for USTRANSCOM Defense Courier Division (DCD) to augment its global transportation network. Contractor will provide air transportation for assigned cargo and two couriers on assigned routes. DCD couriers must maintain constant positive control of all material during loading, transport, and unloading.  Two DCD couriers will accompany their material during all movements between staging areas and the aircraft and board the aircraft after their material has been loaded and aircraft doors sealed.  DCD may also employ a team of recovery couriers at the arrival ....
