This combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 212390 with a size standard of 500 employees and PSC 6810 Chemicals SP3300-25-Q-0215 is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a contractor to deliver rock salt with non-hardening agents on an as needed basis with 1 base and 4 year options.
