The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: DC Power Plant Batter Upgrade (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Mission Critical DC Power 1309 Bouslog Rd, Suite 108 Burlington, WA 9823.
