This contract was not awarded completitively. Sole source award to AT&T for data analytics and support services. An approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition using the statutory authority 41 U.S.C. §3304 implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements can be found on www.sam.gov for this award. The award is firm-fixed-priced for services to include a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. Period of performance 9/1/2025 through 8/31/2030 (base and all option periods).
