This pre-solicitation notice/synopsis is being issued to fulfil the requirements of FAR 6.302-1(d)(2) and FAR 5.201. The proposed procurement is a sole source action to digitize four forms, VA 21-2680, VA 21-4192, VA 21-0779 and VA 21P-530a, with optional tasks to also digitize three other forms, VA 21-2008, VA 40-1330, and VA 40-1330M on VA.gov and make these available for use on VA.gov s existing design system, content style guide, and claims systems. The proposed contractor is Aquia, Inc.
