D--Traverse PC software 3-year maintenance agreement

The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract for three (3) year maintenance and support subscription for 34 existing Traverse PC (TPC) Professional Edition software licenses as a single source to Traverse PC, Inc., P.O. Box 105, Florence, Oregon 97439.

The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be 5/12/2024 – 5/11/2027.

The NAICS code is 541511, with a small business standard of $34M.

The Request for Quotation, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is expected to be issued within 15 days.

This is a single source acquisition. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
