In order to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC systems in the Central Utility Building (CUB), FermiLab has five (5) water cooled Trane CenTraVac chillers and associated refrigerant monitors that require periodic preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, as needed.
