CUB Chiller Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Services

AMENDMENT 02 was posted on 03/25/2026. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the 'Questions Due Date' to March 27, 2026.

In order to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC systems in the Central Utility Building (CUB), FermiLab has five (5) water cooled Trane CenTraVac chillers and associated refrigerant monitors that require periodic preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, as needed.  The purpose of this statement of work is to define the services, responsibilities, and deliverables for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the Trane branded water-cooled CenTraVac chillers and refrigerant monitors currently installed. AMENDMENT 01 was posted on 03/16/2026. The purpose of this amendment is to:
