1. Certification: Vendors must have an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), accessible at https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard.
2. Distribution: Once certified, interested DoD Contractors can request the drawings from tamela.d.riggs.civ@army.mil. The drawings will be sent via encrypted email or the DoD SAFE site.
