1) Respond to questions from an offeror and incorporate the revised TGIs,38HWA17901A01_c2v2,38HWA11003A01_c1v0 and
38HWA17902A01_c1v1 in Section J as Government's response to of feror question.
2) Incorporate revised TGI 38HWA64401A01_c1v1 in Section J.
3) Revise Sections A, L and M. Refer to the follow ing SECTION for details.
4) Extend proposal submission due date from 21 Apr 2025, 1000 JST to 24 Apr 2025, 1000 JST.
