The leased premises does not include parking spaces. The lease extension has been awarded to Mostafavi Plaza VA LLC in  Iowa City, Iowa. The lease extension term commences 6/9/2025 through 6/8/2028 at the annual average rent of $302,793.99. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition attached.
