Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, for the provision of MultiFunctional Devices in support the United States Military Academy(USMA). The equipment will provide administrative functionality to copy, scan administrative documents as required by numerous departments under the academy and also support various agencies which the CIO/G6 supports. The contractor shall provide for delivery, set-up and training of the Multi-functional devices(MFD) and provide for maintenance and resupply of toner.
