Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services

The purpose of this amendment is to address additional questions for clarification, which resulted in a minor update to the technical matrix, specifically at row 23 Column C.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide definitive instructions, update submission requirements, and clarify the evaluation framework. Please see updated attachments 0001, 0002, 0003

The purpose of this Amendment to the Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services Solicitation is as follows:

Extend the due date of submissions to 23 June 2026

Update the PWS (now V12) to be accessible and clarify technical requirements within section 2.

Included a Price Matrix attachment for vendors to utilize when submitting a quote.

Quotes will be evaluated using LPTA and against the technical specs listed in PWS Section 2. Any quote failing any of these specifications and technical requirements will be disqualified from bid selection.

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, for the provision of MultiFunctional Devices in support the United States Military Academy(USMA). The equipment will provide administrative functionality to copy, scan administrative documents as required by numerous departments under the academy and also support various agencies which the CIO/G6 supports. The contractor shall provide for delivery, set-up and training of the Multi-functional devices(MFD) and provide for maintenance and resupply of toner.
