Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0058 for PR FD 2030-25-01861 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.202(a)(13), exception:
(i)Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
(ii)Will be made through a means that provides access to the notice of proposedcontract action through the GPE.
(iii)Permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically.
