Contract Modification for Acoustic Device Countermeasure (ADC) MK 3/4

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract modification to Ultra Maritime, 115 Bay State Drive, Braintree, MA 02184, increasing the maximum value of Contract No. N00024-26-D-6214. The modification will be issued using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1.
