Contract Award for P-1241 Low Altitude Radio Communication System (LARCS) Communication Towers Contract for Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA

Commdex, LLC,* is awarded a $34,946,592 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of Low Altitude Radio Communication System (LARCS) Communication towers at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, California. All work will be performed in Twentynine Palms, California, and is expected to be completed by March 18, 2030. This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov contract opportunities website with two offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

This is an 8(a) Sole-Source IDIQ JOC for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning at various facilities located within NAS Fallon and Hawthorne Army Depot.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, AE etc. as specified in the RFP and all amendments attached herein for the following work which includes construction of the site infrastructure required to support installation of a new Shore Instrument Carrier Landing System (ICLS) for Runway 32L at NAS Lemoore. Work includes construction of paved
access roads, concrete foundations and equipment pads, earthwork, grading and drainage, erosion and sediment control, underground electrical and communications duct banks, conduits, hand holes, power and fiber optic cables, power distribution equipment and equipment racks, grounding, and incidental related work.
