Construction Quality Assurance Testing

This is a combined synopsis solicitation using solicitation procedures in FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13.5. ***USACE, Chicago District is seeking laboratories validated by Material Testing Center (USACE-MTC) to perform various field sampling, field testing, and laboratory analysis of construction materials in Illinois, Indianan, and Wisconsin. ***The Government intends to enter into MULTIPLE five year, Blanket Purchase Agreements.
