The 409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Laser Cut Steel Parts and equipment to USAG Bavaria-Vilseck. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR parts 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract. This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB Destination will be Vilseck, Germany.
