Construction Management Support Services

This is a non-personal services single award task order contract to provide construction management and quality assurance services. Work to be performed does not fall under the Brooks Act. Services shall not be provided which are considered closely related to inherently governmental functions. The government shall not supervise, direct, or have any direct control over the Contractors personnel.
