The USPFO for Nevada intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal construction services to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to construct a new modified outdoor Qualification Training Range (QTR) at Hawthorne Army Depot, Nevada.
