Construct Flightline Fueling Facility

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District intends to solicit and award a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract to construct two R-11 refueler truck pantograph fuel stands and a ground vehicle fueling station with one 20,000-gallon double-walled diesel AST and one 12,000-gallon double-walled MOGAS AST at Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB), Missouri. The Government proposes to issue a firm fixed price type contract for this project.
