The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center (VAMC).
