Pre-bid slides and Roster 12 Aug 2025 Services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of two new full power jet blast deflectors, sized to accommodate full engine run-ups for the KC-135 aircraft.
