The purpose of Amendment 002 is to provide the following update:

Upon the Government’s review of the cost breakdown associated with this requirement, the Government has developed a standardized template to be completed and submitted with the offeror’s proposal. This amendment supersedes Amendment 001, in which the Government stated that “while no specific format is prescribed, the cost breakdown must be submitted in Microsoft Excel format.”

• Attachment J.8, Cost Breakdown Template, is hereby incorporated as a new attachment to the solicitation.
