Conference Rooms, Audio-Visual Support for Dental Conference in Colorado Springs, CO

The Defense Health Agency (DHA's) Central Dental Lab (CDL) located at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB) in Colorado Springs, CO has a requirement for the rental of one general session conference room and nine break-out conference rooms in addition to to audio-visual support and services for their annual workshop.  The annual dental conference is held in Colorado Springs in March. 

This award derived from this solicitation will support three of those annual conferences.  The award will have a base period and two option periods.  The period of performance will include set-up time the day before the conference begins for a total period of performance of four days for each conference.
