Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) II Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacement

This contract is required to provide maintenance, repairs, and replacement to various Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units servicing primary communications rooms. Units are located in various facilities on McChord Field at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), see Technical Exhibit 2 for locations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
