This amendment 0001 is issued to adjust the pricing methodology for skilled nursing and to extend the date of proposals. The new proposal deadline is July 8, 2025, 2:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Attachment 1 and SOW are updated and attached. No other changes have been made. Skilled Nursing Facility:The Contractor shall provide the BOP with a per diem rate that includes all skilled nursing facility services, such as room and board, nursing care, and therapy services. No separate charges shall be permitted for routine or ancillary services included in the standard scope of care.
