AMENDMENT 0003:

This amendment is to extend this RFQ from 04/08/2024 to 04/15/2024 at 12:00 PM EST. and to provide a revised copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) and to change the time of delivery from 5/8/204-6/17/24 to 5/8/24-6/15/24.
In the event that a vendor's previous quote submittal is not affected by changes made w ithin the new version of the SOW, a new quote submittal w ill not be required.
How ever, please provide your concurrence pertaining to the revised SOW to confirm your original quote does meet the SOW and return one signed copy of this amendment .... Read More
