THIS WORK INCLUDES THE UPGRADE OF THE HVAC FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR PROJECT ULYB252014
WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK DATED JULY 2025. THIS PROJECT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.  THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $45 MILLION. THE DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204 IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000.

The 139th Mission Support Group contracting office intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Communication Facility HVAC Upgrades  project at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph MO 64503.
