Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) issues a solicitation for Common Processing System (CPS) Sustainment, Installation, Procurement, and Engineering Services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government is soliciting utilizing unrestricted competition and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 procedures.  The anticipated performance will span five years.  The first ordering period is anticipated to begin in April 2025.
