The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers; Business size standard is 1,500 employees. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), this requirement will be competed as other than full and open competition. Submission of quotations are not required, the purpose of this solicitation is to provide a notice of government intention to award sole source.
