A virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Sustainment III, which will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, will be held in early January 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The specific date and time will be announced through an update to this electronic notice.**** Once the virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled, a link to the live event will be provided. No registration will be required.****Attached is a current DRAFT of the RFP. ****This is not a formal Request for Proposals.**** The Government will accept questions until 13 January 2026 via the PIEE Solicitation Module. The questions submitted prior to the deadline will be answered in PIEE Solicitation Module or addressed during the live event as time allows.**Please note that we are only solicitating offers from Small Business Seaport NxG MAC holders**
