U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of Headquarters, Department of the Army, Office of the Chief Informaton Officer, intends to award a new sole-source, single award Enterprise Contract (EC) Indefinite Delivery/Indfinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Authentic8, Inc.
