AMENDMENT 3:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Revise Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement to reflect the need for a single auger cleaning. All previous work mentioned of bay/ classroom cleaning and lead swipe testing has been removed. Contractors shall only provide pricing that entails labor and materials required for the one-time auger cleaning.

2. Extend the solicitation to 22 Sept 25 @1:00 p.m. MST.

3. Include Attachment 7 - Auger Pictures
