On or about 8 July 2025, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Omaha District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Road Rehab at Cottonwood Dam and Cold Brook Dam, SD. The solicitation will close on or about 8 August 2025. The SATOC will be for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on roadways at Cottonwood Dam and Cold Brook Dam, SD.
